General Provisions
1.1. The privacy policy, along with the Rules of Use of the Rimutės Šimtalapiai e-Shop or otherwise the contract for the purchase-sale of goods in the e-Shop (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), regulate the use of our online store. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third parties whose services you use to purchase Rimutės Šimtalapiai.
1.2. The buyer, wanting to buy goods in the Rimutės Šimtalapiai e-Shop, must provide the order data necessary for the execution of the order. When registering in the Rimutės Šimtalapiai e-Shop or placing an order without registration, the buyer confirms that they have read and understood the privacy policy and agree with its provisions. When collecting and processing the buyer’s data, the seller adheres to the data management procedure and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter – GDPR).

4.1. Rimutės Šimtalapiai e-Shop uses Google cookies, which provide website services, personalize ads, and analyze data traffic. Information about the visitor’s use of this website is shared with Google Analytics. By continuing to browse this website, the buyer agrees to the use of cookies.
The buyer, agreeing with the rules, confirms that he has been informed that cookies may be recorded on the device used when visiting the Rimutės Šimtalapiai e-Shop.

Term of Personal Data Storage
5.1. Buyer’s data is processed and stored as long as necessary to fulfill sales or marketing purposes.
5.2. The data provided by the Buyer will be stored for 3 (three) years from the moment you provided us with the necessary information or the last time you shopped at Rimutė’s Hundred-Leaves online store.
5.3. Data provided by the Buyer for marketing purposes will be stored for 2 (two) years from the last shopping at Rimutė’s Hundred-Leaves online store.
5.4. Consent for the use of cookies at Rimutė’s Hundred-Leaves online store will be stored for 2 (two) years from the last visit to Rimutė’s Hundred-Leaves online store.
Buyer’s Rights
6.1. The Buyer, when ordering goods from Rimutė’s Hundred-Leaves online store, provides the necessary data for the execution of the goods ordered: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.
6.2. The Seller confirms that the Buyer’s data will only be used for the purpose of buying and selling goods at Rimutė’s Hundred-Leaves online store. The Seller undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties, except for the Seller’s partners providing goods delivery or other services related to the execution of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, any personal data of the Buyer can be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedures prescribed by Lithuanian law.
6.3. The Buyer, who has provided the Seller with personal data, has the right to receive information about the processed data, request to correct, destroy data, or revoke consent for further data processing. The Buyer should submit the request for data submission, destruction, or revocation by email: [email protected]
6.4. The Seller undertakes to respond to the Buyer’s request to correct or destroy data and provide a response no later than 30 calendar days from the submission of the request. Data submission may be performed free of charge no more than once a year.
Disclosure of Personal Data
7.1. If the conditions of use of the online store are violated or required by law and Lithuanian legal acts, the Seller has the right to disclose the Buyer’s information to competent authorities.
7.2. In order to fulfill the Buyer’s order, the Seller may disclose the Buyer’s data to third parties (e.g., courier) only in cases where the information is necessary to fulfill the Buyer’s submitted order.
